YMCA Camp du Nord employs approximately 16 seasonal program staff that work during the summer months. The program staff is provided salary and room and board. The summer program staff work with children and adults to carry out the mission of YMCA Camp du Nord.
Candidates for summer staff should have Lifeguard training, a genuine desire to work with youth, and experience participating in an organized camp.
Summer staff positions also include six cooks and two maintenance staff persons. These positions are provided room and board as well as an hourly wage. Candidates for the maintenance and cook positions are encouraged to contact Scott Olson at

Support program staff includes the positions of bus driver, store manager and office assistant. These positions are provided with room and board as well as an hourly wage. Candidates for these positions should contact Amy Schneider at

each year.
